3. If there is air in the lubricating oil and the oil pressure cannot be increased, it is necessary to exhaust the air in the oil. There is an exhaust button or plug on the oil pump.

4. Due to foreign objects blocking the filter screen of the oil suction port, the oil returning to the fuel tank cannot be sucked up. Therefore, the filter screen needs to be removed for cleaning and replaced with new oil.

5. There are some lubrication points that are blocked and not working properly. Generally, precision punching machines use progressive oil separators for oil distribution. If one lubrication point is blocked, it can cause the entire oil circuit to be blocked.
